Returns

 

At Media Luna, we want all our girls to be completely in love with their purchases! However, we understand that online shopping doesn’t always go to plan, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of package delivery for all full-priced items. So these simple steps and tips are here to help.

By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.

Our Returns Policy

  •  We do not offer cash refunds for returns, instead we issue a Store Credit or an Exchange 
  • All items on Sale can not be returned, the purchased is final.
  • Our item(s) must be returned within 14 days of first receiving the item.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags and original packaging (i.e. shoe boxes) intact.
  • We do not accept returns on jewelry, the purchased is final.
  • We do not accept returns on swimwear for sanitary reasons.
  • Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the costumer.

Store Credit 

  • Store Credit does not expire.
  • Our team wil inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be send back to the sender.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of your store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. You will be prompted at checkout to select your preferred payment method to complete the order.

 

Exchange

  • If you would like to make and exchange please send us an email at info.medialunapr@gmail.com with the details of your requested exchange.
  • Due to our low inventory we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.
  • Any exchange requested that is out of stock will automatically be issued as Store Credit.

Processing Time

  • We process all of our returns within 3 days of receiving the item(s).
  • You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.
  • Returns by regular post can take up to 7 days. International post can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Damage Items

if you believe your item has a fault, we will handle this with the highest priority. 

Our team will do their best to inspect every last product before shipping anything out to you. However if you unluckily come across a manufacturing fault, please contact info.medialunapr@gmail.com  as soon as possible with a photo of the fault so we can look into this for you. We will ask you to provide photographic evidence of the manufacturing fault. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without this.
